  • Noticeable weight loss
  • Skipping meals and restricting diet
  • Avoiding eating with others
  • Visiting the toilet during or after meals
  • Negative body image
  • Pre-occupied with food
  • Anxiety around food
  • Excessive exercise
  • Or other concerning changes in behaviour, emotions and physical health.
