Covid-19 – Coming to St Nicholas House

I am coming to visit St Nicholas House.

 

 

 

If I am poorly, I can stay at home.

 

 

When I come to St Nicholas House, if I am 11 or older I will need to wear a face mask/ face covering.

 

 

 

If I am 10 or younger, I do not need to wear a face mask/ face covering.

 

The person I am coming to see will be wearing a face mask. This is OK.

 

I will need to rub my hands together with gel.

This will help to keep germs away.

We need to keep germs away to stay healthy.

In the waiting area, I can sit in the empty chairs.

In the clinic room, I can take off my face mask/ face covering if I keep 2 metres apart.

I can ask an adult if I don’t know what to do.
